Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Teaching Jobs VN Zalo Mini App and its Zalo bot (the "service"), run by the Teaching Jobs VN team ("we"). By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. You also remain bound by Zalo's own terms.

1. What the service does

Teaching Jobs VN lets people hiring post English teaching jobs in Vietnam, and lets teachers browse those jobs and apply. When a person hiring wants to follow up, the conversation continues in Zalo chat.

We are a job board, not an employer, an agency or a party to any agreement between a teacher and a person hiring. We do not take part in hiring decisions, do not process payments, and do not check the identity, qualifications or documents of users.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use your own Zalo account.
• The information in your profile, jobs and applications must be true and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account.

3. Rules for job posts

A job post must be a real teaching role that you are able to offer. Do not post:

• false or misleading jobs, pay or conditions;
• jobs that ask teachers to pay a fee, deposit or training cost to be hired;
• content that discriminates on grounds such as gender, age, ethnicity, religion, nationality or disability, beyond what the law allows;
• illegal work, work without the permits the law requires, or anything that is not teaching;
• phone numbers, links or other contact details meant to take candidates outside the app before they apply;
• offensive content or anything that breaks Vietnamese law.

4. Rules for everyone

• Use the candidates' and posters' information only to fill or apply for the job concerned.
• Do not harass, spam or deceive other users.
• Do not try to access other users' data, overload the service or get around its limits.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write in the service. You allow us to store it and show it to the users concerned, only to run the service.

6. Removing content and accounts

We may remove a job post or suspend an account that breaks these terms or is reported for good reason, with or without notice. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at contact@teachingjobsvn.com.

7. No guarantee

The service is provided free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or error-free, or that a job post leads to a hire. Check any offer yourself before you accept it, and never pay money to get a job.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the content posted by users, for agreements between teachers and people hiring, or for indirect losses caused by using the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top of the page, and tell you in the app when the change matters. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
